NEW YORK, NY – February 9, 2016 – Have a question for Mike and the Mad Dog? Eight lucky fans will have their questions read live during the sold out Mike and the Mad Dog Reunion Show at Radio City Music Hall on March 30th. Fan interaction was always a big part of the wildly popular “Mike and the Mad Dog Show,” and today Mike Francesa and Chris Russo announced that fans can share questions that may be a part of the Reunion Show at Radio City. Francesa and Russo will each announce the names of the winners on their respective radio shows two weeks before the Reunion Show, which will be simulcast live and commercial free on MSG+, WFAN and SiriusXM.
Beginning today, fans can visit the Radio City Music Hall Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts to post their questions.
Fans of the Mike and the Mad Dog Show who weren’t able to secure tickets to the show at Radio City will now be able to watch or listen to the historic event, and have the opportunity to make a donation to the Garden of Dreams Foundation via text message during the live simulcast. Active immediately, fans can text REUNION to 72727 to make a tax-deductible donation to Garden of Dreams. All net proceeds from the event will go directly to the Garden of Dreams Foundation, a non-profit organization that works with MSG and MSG Networks to bring the magic of MSG to children facing obstacles.
Francesa and Russo were partnered on WFAN in 1989 and, following their 19-year run, are widely considered the most successful team in the history of sports radio. This reunion will mark the first time they have been back together since their final Mike and the Mad Dog broadcast in 2008.
