New York, NY (October 6, 2015)- MSG Networks today announced the promotion of two content distribution executives. Peter Tulloch has been elevated to senior vice president of digital products and distribution and Armando Polanco to vice president of content distribution.

In the newly created role of senior vice president of digital products and distribution, Mr. Tulloch will oversee MSG Networks’ digital product operations and strategy, including the development of new digital products, the expansion of MSG Networks’ TV Everywhere streaming platform, MSG GO, and company websites. He will also continue to manage key MVPD affiliate relationships and be responsible for increasing content licensing revenue for the company. In his new role as vice president of content distribution, Mr. Polanco is responsible for affiliate sales, affiliate sales operations and affiliate communications for all MSG Network affiliates and charged with increasing content licensing revenue, as well as, securing greater distribution of MSG Networks’ programming.

Mr. Tulloch joined MSG Networks in 2007 and was most recently vice president of advanced services, overseeing new media product development, including the creation and launch of MSG GO. Prior to this, he had been vice president of content distribution, responsible for affiliate sales and content syndication. Before joining MSG Networks, Tulloch held positions in product management, sales and marketing with Comcast, Oxygen Media and Rainbow Media. Mr. Tulloch received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from Lafayette College.

Mr. Polanco joined MSG Networks in 2011 and was most recently director of content distribution and marketing for MSG Networks. Mr. Polanco previously worked at Viacom, managing content distribution and affiliate marketing for Viacom’s networks across multiple platforms in the U.S. and Caribbean. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University.
